The main reason Arriva UK Bus invested in the Retell Sense call recorder was the benefit of its integrated call management, wall boards and voice recording, all included within one single interface. The implementation of the Sense Call Recording system has successfully improved performance, with higher levels of customer satisfaction and increased productivity by 30% within 3 months.
As staff training is key to the Clinigen Group’s excellent customer service offering we appointed Retell to install a unique new call recording system, the Sense Call Analyser. The phone system has since provided trainers and staff with the opportunity to listen to and analyse the response made to calls in a number of different situations to improve call handling in the future.
Retell was chosen for its unique Sense call recording solution. Sense enables users to see call logs and volumes down to individual extension level and then click on a call and listen as required. The user can search by time, date, duration, Calling Line Identity (CLI), dialled number and geographical location.
