Our Sense platform is rule based and will automatically record calls that meet the configured criteria. The adminstrator can easily manage the rules through a simple to use interface.
Recording calls on-demand for example will allow employees to decide when to record calls. Automatic call recording can be started or stopped on an active call by an employee.
