  • Retell is proud to be partnering with Encoded and have together launched Sense Pay Secure, our PCI compliant payment gateway with automatic pausing of recordings, using the Sense recording platform. Retell also releases an update to the Sense call recording platform 4.0.7 with new features including the ability to have your audio storage and archiving on an ftp site of your choice. The Retell recording platform can also now support multi-site installations with a centralised database and audio storage.

  • Retell releases an update to its already established Sense call recording platform 4.0.6

  • Retell releases new full version of its award winning Sense call recording platform V4.0.0

  • Sense TPS (Telephone Preferential Service) feature released. If you have a valid account at TPS, Sense enables you to synchronize your database, and prevent making calls to people that are TPS registered. Sense Interactive Voice Response launched enabling users to utilize an IVR system on a standalone platform.

  • Sense VOX implemented enabling recording of Audio from microphones, VHF and UHF frequencies. Sense Voice Announcer launched to answer inbound calls, play a welcome message and pass the call onto the intended party.

  • Retell launched PCI Compliance across all Sense ranges and Sense Firewall GUI released to make feature more user friendly

  • West Surrey Racing, sponsored by Retell, wins first and second places at Knockhill circuit in the British Touring Car Championship and Retell sponsors West Surrey Racing in the British Touring Car Championship.

  • Retell Mobile Seminar was held in London. In October our flagship product, won Peripheral Product of the Year at Comms National Awards and we exhibited at GITEX in Dubai with Panasonic. In September we held the Retell Mobile Seminar in London and we were awarded our patent. We also exhibited at the Convergence Summit North and at Call Centre World Berlin

  • Retell launched the first PCI Compliant recorder with announcement and our first recorder with 100% matching between extension and recording on trunk. We exhibited at CommunicAsia in Singapore, Gitex in Dubai and were awarded Panasonic World Wide Silver Partner Status. We installed our first Sense product in a UK prison as a Security system and we launched and were awarded our patent.

  • Retell's first N3 VoIP NHS installation via MMR & BT.

  • Retell's OEM partnership with NEC was announced. We were awarded a patent and launched Sense – the world’s first active call recording cards.

  • Retell first exhibited at Call Centre Europe at the NEC

  • Retell launched a series of firsts around the curly cord recording connector. It was the first connector that did not break up recordings if one party is quiet during a call, the first with positive on off switching for each call using the Intelligent Recording Interface 650 and the first with 100% balanced sound between the two parties.

  • Retell launched the first handset curly cord connector with EN60950 standard isolation and transformer isolation. We also exhibited at ITU (International Telecommunications Union) in Switzerland and CeBIT in Germany.

  • Retell made its first sale to Japan

  • World’s first recording connector to pick up the signal through the insualtion of the cable – the WatsonLinc featured on the BBC’s Tomorrow’s World programme

  • Retell became OEM for Philips in Austria

  • Retell became OEM for Philips Dictation Systems in UK
