From the extensive Retell portfolio of products, Best Invest chose a unique new call recording system, the Sense Call Analyser, to meet their requirements. Sense Call Analyser not only records all inbound and outbound calls to the customer’s own server but also includes a call management interface. Retell was chosen for our unique Sense Solution. Sense enables users to see call activity and volumes down to individual extension level and then click on a call and listen as required. The user can search by time, date, duration, Calling Line Identity (CLI), dialled number and geographical location. The call management function also enables users to establish a picture of call activity including, lost or fraudulent calls graphically or in report format. In addition, Sense records calls in stereo for clearer sound on playback.
