The Problem

The UK hosted the G7 Summit in Carbis Bay, Cornwall in June 2021 with its delegates and G7 dignitaries staying at the iconic Cornish hotel, The Headland Hotel.

Security, protection and compliance was of utmost importance and required for all delegates and G7 dignitaries when making and receiving calls from the hotel.

The Solution

Having partnered with The Headland Hotel for 10 years they knew that we would provide the solution and quickly.

We arranged:
• Free of charge recording licence, additional to those already in place
• Agreed and installed these licences; at short notice, and not within our normal provisioning SLA’s
• Ensured they were PCI/DSS Compliant

The Outcome

The additional channels enabled all delegates and G7 dignitaries the protection they sought and they felt safe in the knowledge that making and receiving calls was secure and complaint. Importantly, for Retell we supported a long term partner deploy a complete telecoms solution at short notice.
