Unlimited Health & System Checks
This service is carried out remotely and as a standard, Retell will provide no less than one heath check per month and no less than two system checks per annum in order to ensure that your call recording solution is operating smoothly. We can increase the frequency of these checks as and when required and will notify you accordingly.
Ad-hoc Remote Support (charged by the hour)
If you prefer to receive support on a non-contract basis, you can purchase remote support as and when required. A Retell technician will access your equipment remotely to diagnose and fix where possible. If the issue cannot be rectified, a site visit can be arranged for an additional fee.
